There’s a myriad of ways that stylists working in a salon, spa, barbershop or nail salon can be compensated, and in today’s complicated world, hybrid models are also emerging.
In SALON TODAY’s webinar “From Solo to Employee: Exploring Different Compensation Models in Beauty,” four salon leaders will debate the pros and cons of Team-Based Pay, commission-based and rental, plus discuss what it’s like to be a franchisee as well as explore strategies to generate income from empty chairs.
Sponsored by Strategies, this webinar offers advice to owners, whether they’re opening a new beauty business or exploring alternative compensation models for their business.
