Giving back is at the heart of Progressions’ culture and their most impactful fundraising event ties in with their annual anniversary celebration in September. Each year, the salon sells tickets to raffles that are held all month with donated prizes supplied by local and national businesses.
Last year, the salon chose to support the Children’s National Hospital in Washington D.C. Forty-one businesses donated prizes and the salon sold $5,000 worth of tickets, with all proceeds donated to the hospital.
“To thank our clients and team and to let them know of the outcome, we designed a 22’ x 28’ poster for the salon,” says Feldman. “The end design had a fun rainbow motif with all our donors integrated into the design.”
