From managing employees to booking appointments to marketing the next big trend, technology touches almost every aspect of the salon and spa management, and owners who seek and embrace it are far ahead of the curve. We challenged applicants to put together a presentation that illustrated all the ways they leveraged technology to streamline and improve their business. Bonus points went to salons that provided data proving that technology made a tangible difference to their business operations.
