STAMP 2016: Headlines' Employee Recruitment Brochure

Stacey Soble | September 6, 2016 | 11:29 PM

F.A.Q.s
Headlines The Salon
Encinitas, California
Owners:
Gayle Fulbright and David Linde

Created as a piece that the team could leave behind when they taught or visited local cosmetology schools, Headlines’ recruitment brochure answers the questions that are top of mind for potential candidates. It describes the awards the salon has won, the products they carry and the benefits they offer.

“This tool has been instrumental in recruiting eight stylists and one esthetician from surrounding schools in the past year,” Fulbright says. “That’s a great return on investment for a very inexpensive piece to produce.”
