Stacey Soble | December 3, 2012 | 12:00 PM

The 12 Days of ST200: Announcing Recruitment and TrainingThe future of any salon or spa relies on the strength of its recruitment and training program. We invited ST200 applicants to write to a graduating student and describe how they reach and cultivate candidates, their interviewing processes and expectations, and the unique stages of their training programs. Extra points went to salons that developed sophisticated relationships with area schools, scientific systems for screening candidates, and implemented creative ways to ensure new hires were ready to hit the floor.
