12 Days of ST200: Announcing Retention and Referral Honorees

Stacey Soble | November 25, 2012 | 1:55 AM

12 Days of ST200: Announcing Retention and Referral HonoreesWhen it comes to a sustainable business, a salon’s ability to get clients to return again and again, as well as refer their family and friends, is the key to its success. We invited applicants to describe all their available loyalty and referral programs as they would to a new client, including how would encourage that client to prebook her next appointment. Extra credit was awarded salons and spas that offered data that demonstrated the value of these programs to the salon’s future business.
