Salon professionals are highly trained in technique and industry standards; now they have exactly what they need to sharpen their accounting skills.

Tax Duchess Business Organizer is a unique, comprehensive book that provides self-employed hair stylists, make-up artists, estheticians and massage therapists with the structure and industry focused templates they need to calculate their monthly profit and stay focused on their bottom line.

Erin Arvizu, aka Tax Duchess, explains what inspired her to produce this book.  She said, “I want my clients, and salon professionals everywhere, to have a solid understanding of their financial operation so they can achieve their business goals.”

Arvizu owns and manages Tax Duchess LLC, an accounting firm founded in 2019 that specializes in salon businesses.

Approximately 34% of hair stylists working in the United States are self-employed, and are required by the IRS to keep business records and pay self-employment tax.  Without a good record-keeping system in place, salon professionals aren’t able to monitor their business progress in real time nor prepare financial reports. That’s exactly what Tax Duchess Business Organizer aims to do.
