Under the theme of Reconnecting, Tabatha Coffey creates a two-day program for Intercoiffure Australia.

The 2022 Intercoiffure Australia Spring Atelier is centered around the theme of “Reconnecting” with the goal of reconnecting salon owners and stylists from across Australia and the globe that have been disconnected throughout the pandemic. Nobody is better known than Tabatha Coffey for being able to inspire individuals and transform businesses, and she has developed a program for each day of the event, to directly foster reconnection with ourselves and each other.

"Reconnecting is a powerful topic for me," says Tabatha. “I have seen first-hand the impacts of isolation and the pandemic on individuals and on businesses. There is a definite need for us all to reconnect, share and learn from one another. That’s why I developed two very specific programs to educate in a fun way, and to spur the mind and focus on reconnection while delving into important topics around fear and personality.”

Coffey's programs will help attendees understand themselves and others, and as well as explore how fear shapes our reactions.

Coffey's two-day program consists of:

Morning Program: Colour of Personality

This is a fun and interactive session that provides insight into why we do what we do, as well as understand why others do what they do. This is a unique opportunity to learn how to read and understand others in a different way, and gain emotional intelligence and insights that help enhance personal connections as well as professional performance. By learning how to interact with others and “speak their language,” attendees will be able to build stronger teams and personal relationships and see nearly immediate results in their businesses.

Afternoon Class: What Has Fear Cost You?

Fear has a price and disguises itself in many ways. This session looks at how we hold ourselves back, suffering from second-guessing ourselves, imposter syndrome, comparing ourselves to others, and ‘analysis paralysis.’ Attendees will learn to identify their Superpower and their Kryptonite, they will also learn why courage is more important than confidence. Participants will leave this session with new abilities to not only deal with, but embrace, change and learn how to build new neural pathways to continually adjust and thrive with change.

The Intercoiffure Australia Spring Atelier will be held on October 23-24th at Aloft Perth, Western Australia. Tickets available at http://intercoiffure.com.au/events
