Strategies, a leading national business management training and coaching company for salons, spas and medspas, has announced their fifth annual Team-Based Pay Conference (TBP18), which will take place on October 21-22, 2018 at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas.

Essentially two conferences in one, TBP18 will feature customized breakout sessions based on attendees’ Team-Based Pay experience. This format allows much deeper and relevant content to be delivered to those who are currently using Team-Based Pay and those who are exploring the program for the first time.

The theme for this year’s Team-Based Pay Conference is “Building a We Culture.” To complement this theme, TBP18 will feature six breakout sessions for current Team-Based Pay users, where owners and their team members will work side by side to build their “We” culture game plan. There will also be six alternate “Deep Dive” classes for current TBP users, as well as six in-depth breakouts specifically for attendees who will be getting their first exposure to the Team-Based Pay compensation program.

“Last year we debuted staff-only sessions at the TBP Conference”, says Strategies Founder & CEO, Neil Ducoff. “This year, in keeping with our theme of building a “We” culture, it only made sense for us to have owners and their teams sitting side by side, building their future together. It’s going to be an incredibly powerful two days of learning, networking and showing the industry the power and potential of having a motivated and informed team working within an employee-based salon or spa.”

TBP18 will also play host to the fourth Annual Team-Based Pay Awards, highlighting 2018’s best and brightest Team-Based Pay salons, spas and medspas across eight categories.

Official sponsors as of press time include Eurisko Design, Kopsa Otte, Salon Ultimate, Innersense Beauty, SalonBiz, Millennium Systems International, Salon Today, Wella, Wellness Capital and ERGO.

Full agenda, registration, sponsorship, and current pricing info can be found at teambasedpayconference.com. Ticket prices will increase as the event draws near.
