At this year's Data-Driven, an immersive hands-on workshop will allow attendees to experiment with virtual hairstyle and hair-color try-on and AI skin analysis--and leave with credits to continue playing with the technology in their own salons.
SALON TODAY is eager to get the word out that this year's first session at the Data-Driven Salon Summitin the Renaissance Austin Hotel in Austin, Texas, will start at 4 p.m. May 16th, before the event actually kicks off. In this hands-on workshop, salon, spa, and barbershop owners will discover how easy it is to integrate AI-powered beauty experiences, including virtual hairstyle and hair color try-on, AI skin analysis, and personalized service and product recommendations into their businesses using Perfect Corp.'s API Playground.
These digital experiences help you increase product sales, boost service revenue, and drive stronger guest engagement by helping you visualize results and make more confident beauty decisions. After a short demo, attendees will break into small groups and follow a step-by-step process to build their own AI experiences.
The workshop shows how these tools work behind the scenes to support salon staff, and how they can be launched in minutes, not months, in a few easy steps with minimal technical complexity. To keep the momentum going, every participant will receive exclusive Perfect Corp. API credits to continue experimenting with the technology long after in their own businesses.
"We know that many of our attendees will arrive on Saturday, May 16th, and we want to make sure they book their travel accordingly so they don't miss out on this exciting interactive event," says Soble. "A Welcome Reception sponsored by Phorest Software will follow this workshop at 6 p.m. Saturday evening."
To participate, please bring a laptop or iPad to participate fully in the interactive portion of the workshop. If you're attending without a device, you can team up with others at your table.
