Meevo LIVE! 2025

Meevo Founder John Harms welcomes attendees to the LIVE! event in Nashville.

At Meevo LIVE! In 2025, Nashville set the backdrop, while connection stole the show. During the three-day event, owners and leaders traded ideas and left with solid plans to take their salons, spas and med spas to the next level of success.

The theme, "The Power of Connection," showed up everywhere: in sessions where strategy became practical, at the Tech Bar where real accounts gained real insight, and even in roundtable discussions where peers compared what was working across their single- and multi-location businesses. The Power of Connection was less of a slogan and more of a practice put to good use.

The agenda balanced big-picture moments with roll-up-your-sleeves learning. Main-stage sessions set direction & tone, while the classroom blocks drilled into practical, day-to-day improvements. Notebooks came out, and laptops opened. The sessions focused on levers that drive revenue and simplify operations: smarter online booking flows, strategies to increase rebooking & add-on rates, membership & package tactics that stabilize cash flow, and reporting habits that transform dashboards into razor-sharp decision-making tools. After each session, groups formed in the aisles to swap tactics and trade contact info.

A constant hub throughout the conference was the Tech Bar. Attendees sat shoulder-to-shoulder with Meevo product experts, asked pointed questions, and received live guidance on real scenarios. It delivered exactly what the schedule promised: direct access and clear answers from the people who build and know the platform best.

Networking wasn’t confined to nametags and scheduled breaks. Introductions began over coffee and evolved into collaborative conversations that sparked opportunities for genuine, long-term connections. Multi-location leaders compared approaches with single-site owners. Team managers talked tips with educators. Event sponsors turned attendees onto real solutions for everyday issues. These cross-overs are a hallmark of this conference; they are the connections that outlast the event and become reliable touchpoints throughout the year.

In the evening, Nashville’s hospitality gave everyone room to exhale as familiar faces reunited and new connections were cemented across a community with shared goals. The neon, live music & laughter rolling down Broadway turned daytime learning into a celebration that lasted through the night.

What stood out most about Meevo LIVE! was how simply the pieces fit together. Main stage for alignment; classes for depth; the Tech Bar for immediate guidance. By the closing sessions on the final day, the mood was equal parts satisfied and energized with plenty learned, plenty left to apply, and a wider circle of people to call when the next question arises.

For anyone who measures a conference by what follows, the signal here is strong. Attendees left with pages marked and contacts saved. That’s the real promise of The Power of Connection—it’s not just about the buzz of being in the same room as other industry leaders, but the kind of professional community that sharpens ideas and accelerates action long after the name badges come off.

The Power of Connection was the theme for Meevo LIVE! 2025.

It also demonstrated how operational clarity is a competitive edge. When your booking path is simple, memberships are positioned well, and your reports answer the questions you actually have, everything gets easier. Success bends in your favor when you have the right tools & strategy at your side.

Meevo LIVE! 2025 didn’t rely on overinflated spectacle. Instead, it focused on what matters most to the professionals in our industry through clear sessions and a spotlight on a community that shows up for one another.
