CT Barber Expo
In 2010, barbershop/academy owner and Master Barber Jay “Majors” Raposo set out to create a barbering event uniting barbers and stylists from all over the world in his hometown state of Connecticut. After eight successful and ever-expanding years, the CT Barber Expo is rolling around, again, with over 500 barbers competing in a variety of Barber Battle categories ranging from Classic to Contemporary styles.
The event will take place May 18-20 at the Connecticut Convention Center. Attendance at last year's battle was over 9,800 people. This years Barber Expo will also feature educational classes by the industry’s top barbers/influencers, vendor booths, product demonstrations, celebrity appearances, platform artists and giveaways.
