"My three favorite features would be the décor, the studio and the staff. It’s all very inviting, sexy, fun and glamorous."
2. What was the biggest challenge about this salon or spa design, and how did you overcome it?
"The first year of opening and running the business was the biggest challenge. Having two businesses under one roof is very challenging for a single owner, but a great staff helped tremendously."
3. Who is your target market and how did you design this salon to attract that market?
"Our target market would be men and women ages 25-55 who want to be fit, healthy and fabulous!"
4. Which specific elements of your salon design were planned to enhance productivity and profitability?
"Our own product line along with other retail that we carry has enhanced our productivity and profitability, as well as our studio memberships and our talented staff."
