Strategies, a leading national business management training and coaching company for salons, spas and medspas, has announced their sixth annual Team-Based Pay Conference (TBP19), which will take place on September 29-30, 2019 at the Westin Buckhead Atlanta in Atlanta, GA.

Open to owners, managers and their teams, TBP19 will feature customized breakout sessions based on attendees’ Team-Based Pay experience. This format allows relevant content to be delivered to attendees who are currently using Team-Based Pay and those who are exploring the program for the first time.

Attendees will have the opportunity to choose from 30 breakout sessions throughout the two-day event.

The focus at this year’s Team-Based Pay Conference is providing ”actionable” game-plans that attendees can put to use as soon as they return to their companies. “We’ve all been to learning events where we’ve gotten really excited about the concepts that were presented, only to return home and realize we were never given the ‘how-tos’ on how to put those concepts it into action,” Strategies Vice-President, Eric Ducoff, says. “This year, we pooled the most pressing issues that our coaches encounter when working with salon/spa owners on a daily basis, and we built the entire TBP19 agenda around the solutions to those issues.”

Breakout topics include how to handle price increases, calculating starting pay, front desk strategies, team bonuses, building profits, increasing frequency of visit, employee growth paths, Instagram best practices and many more.

TBP19 will also play host to the fifth annual Team-Based Pay Awards, highlighting 2019’s best and brightest Team-Based Pay salons, spas and medspas across eight categories.

Ticket prices will increase as the event draws near. Visit teambasedpayconference.com for current pricing and full agenda.

Official sponsors as of press time include Tippy, Signature Formulations, Kopsa Otte, Umred, Salon Today, Ergo, SalonClouds+, Wella, Wilson Collective, Glo Skin Beauty, Demandforce and Innersense Organic Beauty.

Full agenda, registration and sponsorship info can be found at http://www.teambasedpayconference.com.
