“This year’s Eufora VisionQuest is trying to add perspective and make sense of our present reality while also putting in place something tangible and long term,” explains Sam Bewley, Eufora's Content Marketing and Sales Development Manager. “We didn’t want to just react; we wanted to develop a sound strategy, and a full program, that speaks to different types of owners, industry leaders, sales professionals, and stylists, whether in a salon or independent. It’s a complimentary event, giving back to the community we love and believe in, so much.”
Sam Bewley describes the event as being about leading yourself, leading other people, how to hit the market in a fresh way, and understanding how to break through fear. Their five keynotes are delivering their message online in a way that is real and relevant to today's COVID-19 world.

In addition to VisionQuest, Eufora has developed a robust plan for moving beauty professionals forward. Their Eufora Business Forward is an online learning series which features thirteen instructors, ranging from Eufora Director of Sales to salon owners. “Right now, it’s so important to give people a place and a hub to engage. This is designed for any owner or manager who wants to know how to prepare for a strong bounce back,” says Bewley. “And once we have established our business, again, it will talk about how to focus on our business in the best possible ways.”
“Live Your Lockdown”
A virtual education program, “Live Your Lockdown” features Eufora’s top trainers who will cover different aspects of education. “We have men’s cutting, the art of texture, finishing, living your art, understanding great color placements, and more. It is going to have approximately 11 different episodes and they will live on our Eufora University and on our Facebook.”
Cash Back to You Program
For Eufora partner salons, this profit-sharing program offers a percentage off the MSRP of Eufora products but also helps salons understand how to do online marketing and maximize the potential earnings. “We have been training our community to market this online so their guests know they can get the products and salons can receive the return from Eufora.net during this shutdown,” Bewley says.

Eufora Sales University
Training their sales consultants has been a Eufora constant but this “sales university” is open to all sales consultants to grow their knowledge and skills for their return to the field.
“Owners need experts and help growing their business, and sales consultants can be a partner in their succeess,” Bewley concludes. “I think a lot of times when the economy is great and disposable income is out there it’s a bit easier to succeed but going forward, we’re going to find that those businesses that didn’t have the right coaching or didn’t understand leadership won’t thrive.”
