On October 19, (11 PST/1 CST/ 2 EST) the virtual salon business conference Data-Driven Salon Experience focuses on that one person that is integral to your salon’s success—your client.

There’s an old song about making new friends and keeping the old, one is silver and the other gold. The same holds true for clients. Although you need to acquire new ones to fuel your growth, it’s really the long-term loyal clients that build your revenue.

The day’s first speaker is Anna Walt of Design 1 Salon Spa in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Anna launched a video series to help support the training of the salon’s assistants so signature services were consistent across the salon’s five locations. Anna will show you how easy it is to get started, as well as share all the applications they’ve discovered for video education.

Next, Salon Iris' Jeff Dickerson will crack the code on client loyalty. He will explore all the finding of their 2020 Client Loyalty Study, including what consumers prioritize when deciding on and staying with their ‘go-to’ salon.

And, from gifting at each service to making each appointment a personal experience, Owners Carleen Sanchez and Jeannette Stagg will reveal their favorite strategies for driving client retention. Since one of these owners is booked 16 months out, this is a must-see session for any beauty pro who wants to fill openings in their schedule.
