Data-Driven Salon Tour Takes Nashville By Storm November 2!

3 min to read

Data, community, connection, opportunity, and just plain fun. Data-Driven Salon Tour returns, with a destination stop in Nashville, Tennessee, on November 2. This intimate, one-day, on-the-road version of our marquee event brings owners and managers together in various markets to understand how data can identify management challenges and reveal growth opportunities. In KPI-focused sessions, successful owners and industry leaders spotlight best management practices, emerging business trends, and new potential revenue streams.

To cap off a day of education and networking, a progressive cocktail party offers participants the opportunity to tour three successful, local salons. Participants will board charter buses to receive behind-the-scenes tours of Studio Gaven Hair Colour in Franklin, Tennessee; A Moment’s Peace Salon and Day Spa in Franklin, Tennessee; and Jón Alan Salon’s Capitol View location.

In “Tips, Taxes & Truth,” Kopsa Otte’sApril McDaniel does an early morning coffee Q&A to answer owners’ questions about ‘No Tips on Taxes’ and the Tip Tax Credit, which were parts of the recently passed One Big Beautiful Bill.

In “Delegate to Elevate,” Spark Pro Global’s Heather Harris will take attendees on a transformational journey from burnout to bold leadership, guiding them to identify low-value tasks, activate team potential, and focus on the high-impact work that genuinely moves the needle.

Phorest’s Barry Quinn will take the stage with “Let’s Talk About AI,” demonstrating how it is transforming the way salons operate, communicate, and grow. He’ll show how it can help boost a salon’s average ticket, create marketing content, and serve as your virtual assistant. Plus, he’ll share results from their Consumer Insights Report, so you know how your clients really feel about AI.

In “From Invisible to In-Demand,” Pinup Studio’s Christina Kirkey will help owners break down how intentional brand positioning directly drives KPIs such as new guest traffic, retention, and pricing power, and how you can track what’s working. She promises you’ll leave with fundamental strategies to stop blending in and start building a brand that banks.

And, in “Creating a Results Driven Culture,” Nina Tulio will help boost your bottom line by igniting purpose, connection, and accountability in your team. When stylists feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger, they show up differently, and so do your numbers. Highly engaged teams are proven to increase profitability by 23%.

The event will be held at The Graduate by Hilton, a unique, boutique hotel located in the West End neighborhood. It features local charm inspired by Nashville’s music and culture with décor that pays tribute to country music legends. To learn more and purchase tickets for both the educational day and the tour, click here
