Harper Ellis Hair Co. Is Teaching Stylists How to Turn their Work into Their Most Valuable Marketing Asset
The Harper Ellis Social Media Workshop gives stylists and salon owners a repeatable social media system that puts clients in their chair.
While the hands-on, peer-led event will continue to dive into the data of five leading KPIs, it will also look at how leading salons are recruiting and retaining their staff, offer tips for lessening burnout, and review the new rules for leadership and team culture.

While it’s your team’s job to take care of your clients, it’s your job to take care of your team. While that’s always been more important, it’s never been more critical than now when it’s harder to recruit than ever, the tumultuous change in the world is causing stress, and employee burnout is running high.
As we made plans for Data-Driven Salon Summit, which will be held in Nashville, May 15-16, we decided to dub this conference, “The Year of the Team.” As usual, the conference will provide a deep-dive into the metrics of ‘salon success,” and speakers will provide metric benchmarks and best practices to drive important KPIs like Average Ticket, Client Count, Client Retention and Productivity. This year, the peer-driven, hands-on experience also will discuss how to build a sound culture, and what today’s owners are doing to build stronger, thriving teams.
In addition, Data-Driven Salon Summit will host The SALON TODAY 200 Celebratory Dinner and Award Programs, where the 2022 Class of the SALON TODAY 200 will be recognized and special awards will be presented in Courage in Leadership, Creativity in Customer Experience, Strengthening Team Culture, Philanthropic Outreach, Business Innovation and Modernization in Education.
Here’s a recap of some of this year’s highlights:
