With its 25th anniversary on the horizon, Paris Parker designed special cards that allowed employees the opportunity to gift a free service to potential clients. The person receiving one of these cards could be someone a stylist made a great connection with or someone in the public eye who would make a great guest.

“In order to keep the VIP cards exclusive, only 200 were printed, and each is embossed with a gold serial number,” says Debra Neill Baker, principal of Neill Corporation. “When a guest sees the low serial number on the card and matching envelope, they know they’re special and these aren’t mass produced offers—it’s like holding the Black Amex of salon gift cards. So far, they’ve had a 100% success rate in bringing in new guests and 100% wow factor.”
