Couples massage gift certificates: Carry a few Valentine's Day greeting cards for him to stuff the certificate in.

A day of pampering: Offer different levels. From the full-on spa treatments, hair cut/color and mani/pedi to simple spa packages, salon packages or nail packages. Also provide an à la carte menu so he can pick and choose his sweetie's favorites.

Coupon pack: Maybe his girlfriend's never been to your salon or is only a hair cut client. Put together a pack of coupons to go with every Valentine's Day gift purchase. Make a spa pack, a salon pack and a combo pack and let him choose what will be right for her!
