On Monday, April 23rd, Masello Salon Services hosted the education-driven event HairColor New England. Every year, hundreds of salon owners and stylists attend the Providence, Rhode Island event. This year, Masello broke an attendance record, selling out HairColor New England with 800 people.
The attendees experienced education from Redken’s Sean Godard and Misael Aponte, international colour director for Oligo Professionnel. Not only did attendees get techniques from Aponte and Godard, they also got to experience Instagram gurus Christie Dier and Ruby Devine. Masello also brought in celebrity stylist Chris Appleton, who showed attendees how to get the famous Ariana Grande ponytail and the sleek hip length hair worn by Kim Kardashian.
HairColor New England is an educational event directed toward senior stylists and newbies to the industry.
