Founder and International Creative Director, Mark Woolley is bringing his notorious Electric Sessions to San Diego.  Bringing together three British greats who are making their name in the United States, guests will get a chance to get up close and personal with Mark Woolley from Electric, globally renowned educator DJ Muldoon from The Factory, and creative director Anthony Edge from Edge74.

The Electric Sessions share fashion-based cut, colour and finish…with an edge. Education is synonymous with Electric; as their philosophy states: “Education is Everything.”  Guests to the intimate evening will be treated to a night of inspiration, passionate creativity and motivation.  Drawing the experts’ knowledge of fashion, art, music, and culture – it’ll be a must-attend night for hairdressers.

Mark Woolley, Electric: Mark Woolley is a multi-award-winning hair stylist, founder, international creative director and the driving force behind the exclusive British brand, Electric.  As one of the most respected figures within the hairdressing industry, Mark’s work regularly appears in leading international publications and is in-demand across the globe for his creativity and entrepreneurial expertise. Mark shares his time between the UK, USA, Europe and the Far East promoting his hair knowledge and professional hair product range.

DJ Muldoon, The Factory: DJ started his career in 1994, he quickly became one of Vidal Sassoon’s most sought-after educators. Known for creating hair cutting systems and curriculums, becoming a global platform artist and producing ‘step by step’ video education. DJ is one the world’s most sought-after industry teachers because of his no fluff approach and ability to breakdown the what, why, how, and when in haircutting. He believes that ‘Knowledge Destroys Fear’ and he is proud to represent the hairdresser as an independent artist.

Anthony Edge, Edge74: Anthony is known for his hardworking, original and quirky personality and skills.  Passionate about education and sharing his ideas with fellow hairdressers, he’s travelled over 50 countries sharing his skills and expertise and has become a renowned image maker, trendsetter and motivator.  His session work has seen him work with UK and USA A-Listers and reads like a who’s who of trend.

“The Electric Sessions is about bringing together friends and like-minded hairdressers into a unique venue and sharing our passion and expertise up close.  I host the sessions in our UK based Brighton studio with friends from the industry and it’s always up-to-the-minute, relaxed and inspiring. This night in San Diego is going to take this across the pond, bringing us three British guys together for the first time to share what excites us, gets us creative, and turns us on.  It’s going to be a buzzing night,” explains Woolley.

 The pop-up event will be held January 23, 2018 at the Shakespeare Pub & Grill (3701 India Street) in San Diego, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets cost $45 and can be booked at Electric Sessions Event Brite.
