The results are in, and Denman’s Stage Star USA winner has just been announced. Say hello to Arizona-based educator, hair professional, and make-up artist Jalia Pettis. Pettis beat entries across the U.S. to take the title of Denman Stage Star USA. She wins tools, opportunities, education dollars, and a trip to London, England, to compete for the global title at Salon International on Monday, October 16th. Pettis will compete against other regional finalists from France, Japan, and the U.K.

To enter, Pettis submitted a two-minute video about why she would make Denman’s perfect Stage Star, and as a finalist, she was invited to do a 15-minute Instagram Live presentation showcasing her skills.

If Pettis takes the global title she will receive:

  • An all-expenses paid collection photoshoot with award winning photographer Des Murray in the U.K.

  • An all-expenses paid trip to visit Denman HQ in Northern Ireland.

  • $1,000 toward education.

  • An all-expenses paid trip to at least one international event.

  • Mentoring by Denman ambassadors and leading hairdressers.
