SALON TODAY: What about Harris’ background made you believe she’d be a good manager?
Boehler: “She started at a Med Spa in Columbus, Ohio, and she had great organizational skills and a great sense of direction. She had a strong drive and was able to start this position from the beginning, and was willing to work hard for the spa's success. She truly cares for people and was recently a nanny for a family I had a personal relationship with.”
ST: What personality characteristics does Harris have that makes her a good manager?

ST: How is she compensated?
Boehler: “Hourly plus vacation pay and bonuses, and, of course, free lunch on Fridays”
ST: What are the three most important tasks Harris takes on at the spa?
Boehler: “Coordinating spa days, private events, and customer service requests. She also keeps inventory up to date and constantly coordinates with spa staff about needs.”
