Don’t miss the chance to mingle with industry VIPS, experience the creative talent of NextGen salon pros and pay tribute to Legacy honoree Horst Rechelbacher, all while supporting the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation.

The Beauty Changes Lives Foundation’s 6th annual Legacy Award Dinner will be held Sunday, April 29th, in the historic Chicago Stock Exchange Room at the Art Institute of Chicago. Limited to an intimate number of guests who believe in the mission of Beauty Changes Lives Foundation, this year’s dinner will honor the legacy of Horst Rechelbacher, founder of Intelligent Nutrients and Aveda.
Corporate executives from the industry’s leading beauty manufacturers, owners of some of the nation’s highest profile salons and schools will share quality time and a dinner at the end of the biggest day of America’s Beauty Show. It will be a time to honor the past success of the industry and its people while looking forward to the future. All proceeds will benefit the Foundation to provide scholarships and support the next generation in beauty.
Among industry notables remembering Horst will be Nick Arrojo, Nancy Brown, Ray Civello, Karen Gordon and Erik Knudsen. Accepting the honor will be Horst’s partner in life and business Kiran Stordalen and his daughter Nicole Thomas-Rechelbacher.
“Honoring Horst,” notes BCL President Lynelle Lynch, “is a privilege for the Foundation. In doing so we also honor the thousands of industry members who were touched by Horst, by his life’s work and his talent for encouraging success in others.”
