Each year, salons throughout North America apply, sharing both their data and their best practices in Growth and 10 additional business categories. The 2020 application is now live, and it includes a brand new category: Salon Leadership!

"Most of our competition categories focus on the salon's operations--such as Compensation and Benefits, Employee Education, or Retention and Referral Programs," says Editor Stacey Soble. "This category is different, it will focus on the strengths of the salon's owner."
