Once clients see the eye opening effects of a top set of lash extensions, many want to tap into their inner Twiggy and include lower lashes at their next appointment.   It completes the look, makes eyes pop and “opens” the face.  At The Lash Co. in Houston, owners Sophia Navarro and Sophy Merszei offer NovaLash Lower Lash Extensions as an addition to the NovaLash service.  Bottom lashes contribute to a beautiful overall eye design and to a salon’s bottom line.

When performed by a NovaLash Advanced Certified Extensionist, the service costs approximately $60.00 for the initial set and $30.00 for touch-ups.  Because eyes must be open to apply lower lashes, NovaLash Sensitive Eyes Lash Adhesive, a fume-free adhesive, is used to avoid irritating the eye.

The Invisible Work of a Rebrand

In this rare essay, the president of a haircare brand takes us behind-the-scenes into a world we never see when we pick up a product off the shelves--the arduous, thought-probing, second-guessing journey of rebranding a legacy product line. Not only is her reflection fascinating, but it is also incredibly useful for any salon owner or manufacturer contemplating their own brand.
