Vito Mazza: "I loved Lydia Sarfati’s honesty in sharing her personal journey from Europe to the US, it was nice to see that there is a heartbeat behind the brand. I think the focus on the guest experience in the opening chapter sets the tone for success in any salon or spa."

SALON TODAY: For you, what was the biggest takeaway message from this book?

Vito Mazza: "Believe in yourself. Challenge yourself to grow. If you do these things, great things will happen. The book was an inspirational message that you can achieve whatever you set your mind out to do!"

Vito Mazza: "As my vision expands, so must the areas of personal and professional growth. Spiritual, physical, emotional and intellectual happiness plays a big part in my work/life balance. It was refreshing to see that you can be successful and achieve your dreams without compromising your values as witnessed in this book."

Vito Mazza: "I think any book that is written by a leader and pioneer in our industry is a must read. Salon and spas can expect to improve their level of providing great guest service by reading and implementing ideas from this book….guaranteed!"
