WHY WE’RE DIFFERENT: Our mission is to promote economic wealth, protect the environment and improve the businesses and lives of those with whom we interact.
HOW WE WORK: Individual consulting services are provided to create salon and spa strategic sustainability plans. Goals for the plan include:
• Creating an atmosphere of conscious sustainability.
• Providing a clear and concise road map for implementing sustainability initiatives.
• Creating baselines for monitoring, measuring, and managing resources.
• Actively seeking out green technologies, supplies and products.
Ms. Jercha also works with manufacturing and distribution companies offering Corporate Operational Consulting by working with key department heads to create their Strategic Sustainability Plan and offer education to their salon/spa accounts. Consultation is done in person or by phone, depending on the needs and location of the client. Clients may be at different stages of implementing sustainability practices, from transforming their existing business to starting from scratch at the planning stage. Fees are hourly or project-based, depending on the scope of the project. Members of the National Association of Eco-Friendly Salons & Spas receive fee discounts.
