To target passionate, creative, like-minded people, Nuovo created a series of Facebook and Instagram posts featuring its team environment. The posts were circulated on Facebook with paid boosts, ensuring they reach a greater audience.

The messages include, “Live What You Love,” “Follow Your Passion” and “What Lights Your Fire?” and invite potential applicants to make the world more beautiful one client at a time. The images were run with a link to the careers page on the salon’s website.

“Since running the ads, we’ve had 28 applications come through our website in two months,” Terry McKee says.
