The Red Door Gal Social Media Ambassador program was developed to reach a younger, digitally savvy audience and expand the company’s reach through third-party ambassadors. The goals for the campaign were to generate local buzz for the 29 Red Door Spas across the country, to position Red Door Spas as the go-to for fast, quality beauty services; and showcase new services and products that appeal to a Gen-X audience.

The program selected 29 location-specific online influencers who will receive a free service or product each month and will share their experiences with it through blogs and social media. The call-to-action was for potential ambassadors to share their gal in the city moment and show off their fashionable and beautiful lives.

In order to pursue this initiative in a timely manner, the salon company partnered with Kelly Ehlers of Ideas that Evoke to manage the campaign.
