“The front lobby was custom-designed with our craftsmen to emulate the Blowout Bar with an octagonal feel. With matching countertops and warm white lacquered side panels, the front desk is the first point of contact for our guests and sets the tone for the entire facility.”

JUDGE’S COMMENTS:

“The blowout bar room is perfect! The 25-foot ceiling accented with the espresso colored lotus flower is brilliant. The retail is perfectly displayed in the center of the room.”—Ortmann

“The shape of the blowout bar works perfect with the architecture of the building. The sliding glass doors are well designed for separation of the blowout bar and lobby.”—McGwire

“Wonderful use of accent color aqua with natural colors.”—Valenzuela
