Description of Style: Located in a historic building (1904) the design is a modern transition combination of both old and new world design elements.
Square Footage: 3,000 square feet completed with a total of 9,000 square feet by November 2018 upon the completion of the project.
The Layout:
The first floor of Maison D'Alexandre features 17 stations for styling and color services with René Furterer and Leonor Greyl Scalp Therapy Treatments currently provided on the first floor until the opening of the second floor Scalp Therapy and Color floor in late 2018. Additionally, the first floor houses the Manicure and Pedicure Therapy with a Makeup Corner devoted to Brow Therapy and By Terry Makeup.
The second floor is 1,300 square feet featuring one 22-foot long table gathering 12 stations. The stations will be used for Scalp Therapy and Color Services.
The third floor is 1,300 square feet and will feature a Medispa. The spa will be comprised of 4 suites 12x10 feet each offering treatments and services as well as hair rejuvenation beauty and wellness therapies.
Finally, the Rooftop Deck will be 1,300 square feet, designed to host private parties and events. The Deck will feature a brick pizza oven!

Owner Alexandre Chouery culled from over 20 years of experience traveling the world working for prestigious brands to resource a totally new concept of a salon creating an atmosphere of being in a luxurious home.
Skipping the standard prototype hair salon setup and mechanism, he crafted a seamless experience for guests from arrival to checkout. Alexandre took the risk to neutralize the front desk reception, rather welcoming guests into a personalized environment feeling more like a library complete with fireplace and bookshelves mixing retail products with books and objets d'art. A communal dining table replaces the individual styling stations adding to the homey atmosphere of "Chez Toi" A full cocktail cart is part of the personalized touch offered to each guest.
The second floor of the project will be completed in November 2018 and will focus on Alexandre's investment in Hair Therapy, creating bespoke hair and scalp treatments curated for each client. Using the Rene Furterer Capilliscope to analyze the scalp, our Hair Therapists will create a treatment plan for the specific hair and scalp needs of the individual. The mission behind this investment is to elevate the level from a typical hair salon to a destination for scalp therapy and treatment of damaged hair.
