In a bold move that redefines convenience and style, Austin-based Road Runner Barber Shop launched a unique, fully equipped barber shop inside a Ford Transit van. The mobile shop features a full-size chair, sink, lighted mirror, accent lighting, TV for viewing while being styled, and a beverage fridge.
Road Runner reached out to Colorado Campervan, who brought the vision to life, and now Road Runner is bringing top-tier grooming services directly to clients’ doorsteps.
“I wanted to create something totally unique—something that gives clients the same professional cut they’d get in the shop, but with flexibility to meet them wherever they are,” said Devin Williams, owner of Road Runner. “I relied on Colorado Campervan to bring that vision to life, and they came through amazingly.”

We were excited when Devin reached out to us for his mobile barbershop/salon and we were ready to deliver the vision of another creation in our shop.”
With appointments available for individual clients, corporate bookings, weddings and special events, the mobile barbershop is part of a growing trend in mobile services—but with a distinctly stylish and personal twist.
