Blue personally curated an iconic team of artistic stylists with specialized skill sets and creative techniques. Additionally, BOSS HAIR GROUP is a leading eco-friendly salon with an emphasis on utilizing sustainable solutions by reducing their footprint and attracting green-minded clients while using products that share the same values.
What sets BOSS HAIR GROUP apart from its contemporaries is its commitment to the environment and its partnership with Green Cycle Salons (GCS). The BOSS Team is equipped to operate sustainable business practices by using products that are biodynamic, vegan, and 100% cruelty free, such as OWAY, Cezanne, and REF of Sweden. The team also implements various tactics to directly combat excess waste, including recycling 95% of wasted materials such as foil and color tubes and diverting excess hair chemicals from being rinsed down the drain. The brand has also installed ECHOHEAD shower heads, saving 6,695 gallons of water per month. To continue their membership with GSC, a $2 “Eco fee” will be added to each service ticket to help aid in their contribution of helping the salon environment stay green and sustainable.

His accolades include being featured in Elle, Urb, Modern Salon as well as on MTV, TLC, and WGN. Prior to launching Boss Hair Group, Blue was top hair color specialist at Maxine Salon in the Gold Coast.
