More than 13 years ago, Pravana introduced the VIVIDS creative color line over to the professional market, bringing highly-pigmented, long-lasting, top performing direct dyes to the beauty industry. Since then, the brand has evolved to a collection of 34 shades, including a first-ever NEONS collection that is blacklight responsive, jewel tones, additives, LOCKED-IN shades and its newest launch PRECIOUS METALS.

In addition to having the opportunity to express his/her creativity, the first place winner receives a prize package valued at over $25.000, including his/her own editorial-style photo shoot in Los Angeles, a feature in a national magazine, Pravana product and gifts from contest sponsorsOlaplex, Pink Pewter hair accessories, Enzo Milano styling tools and more.

Last year's winner, Neal Malek says the contest was the single most propelling event to take place in his career.

"I have been featured in stores across the country, major magazines I've always read, and have been given the opportunity to join Pravana as one of the first Color Collective members, in which I'm able to use these experiences to educate and inspire others," Malek says.
