Becker:
Christine and I meet weekly as part of our four-person leadership team. This team includes our Director of Service and our Director of Education. These meetings focus on reviewing key performance metrics such as average ticket, service sales, retail sales, client count, inventory value, average service sales per Hour, and product per client—as well as addressing client feedback, payroll changes, operational issues, and other key business topics.
Outside of these meetings, Christine and I share an office and regularly collaborate informally to align on tasks, offer direction or feedback, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

How has Scovotti helped you personally as the owner, or how has she helped grow the business?
Becker:
Christine has been nothing short of a powerhouse for me personally and for Interlocks. About two years ago, when I took over the salon, Christine was and still is essential to this new chapter of our business.
Her adaptability and open-mindedness to embrace new ideas like EOS, fresh systems, and bold opportunities gave me exactly the right-hand (wo)man I needed. I trust I can count on her to do right by the business, and because of that, I'm actually able to take a vacation and turn my brain offline for a few days each year.
