Milano Software has announced the second of two business and software training events in Las Vegas and Niagara Falls. These events, entitled “Milano Exchange Destination 2012”, challenge businesses to focus on where their business is headed in the future.

The Las Vegas event took place over two days at Bally’s Las Vegas and Destination Academy on March 25 – 26, 2012. According to Nicole Simmons, General Manager of Stages Salon and Spa, “The event had terrific coverage. It was quick but not overwhelming. I felt like after the event I could effectively streamline Milano and business in general.” The Niagara Falls event will take place on October 14 – 15, 2012 at The Fallsview Casino Resort.

Milano Software will welcome Steve Maraboli as their key note speaker at the Niagara Falls event. Steve is an acclaimed business mogul, speaker, bestselling author, radio show host, and philanthropist. Maraboli has risen to international prominence as a recognized leader in business development, personal enhancement, peak performance and an authority on the human potential and organizational behavior.

Steve will be speaking on goal setting, he adds, “Although goals are important, having a plan of action is vital to the success of those goals. Having a goal with no plan of action is like wanting to travel to a new destination without having a map.”

“This is the 24th Milano Exchange Event that we have offered and it will undoubtedly be the best!” says Paul Pagliaro, President of Milano Software. “Besides Steve, we have several industry experts all poised to share their expertise with our attendees.” Beauty industry insiders include e-marketing leaders GoLoyal, beauty website developers StyleNet, business coaches Inspiring Champions, hair extension specialists EasiHair and electronic payment experts Mercury Payments. These leaders will cover topics including improving your retail sales techniques, improving your cash flow, trends in online solutions and how e-marketing techniques can be integrated with social media.
