How it’s marketed: “We don’t market this service outside of the salon, but for these clients, many of whom are over 60, we provide a gift of AGE Supreme shampoo and a masque to use at home. We enter them into a monthly drawing to win a free 16-oz. bottle of the shampoo.”

Average sold per month: Probably more than 60 percent of the retouches we do are with INOA Supreme.
