58,600 beauty professionals from all 50 states and 44 countries flocked to Orlando, Florida in 2017 for Premiere Orlando. As one of the largest tradeshows in our industry, Premiere serves as an epicenter for all things salon and spa, bringing some of the most influential and followed artists and manufacturers all under one roof. With so much going on, it’s a good idea to be prepared.

With the help of veteran attendees, Premiere has put together the ultimate check list for newcomers:

DRESS SMART. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a sweater along in your bag (if you are someone who tends to get cold easily). The recommend dress at the show is business casual – so what you would wear in the shop is usually a good idea.

PRODUCT CHECK. Take advantage of the product check and shipping at the show. Or have an extra suitcase at your hotel to bring home all your show goodies (located in Lobby C & in the back of aisle 3500 of the exhibit hall).

COME PREPARED. Bring a tote bag or backpack with you to carry all your notebooks, goodies, handouts, as well as the sweater and a refillable water bottle. There is so much excitement going on that sometimes we forget to eat and hydrate. There is also a food court on the exhibit floor as well as vendors throughout the lobby space to quench your thirst and refuel.

GETTING THERE. Plan the best place to park or if your staying at a partnered hotel, the complimentary shuttle schedule, so you do not miss a moment of the excitement.

PLAN AHEAD. Map out the classes or educators you want to see as well as which booths are your must see. Also, when you get to the show, pick up a Show Program for all the latest exhibitor information and promotions.
