PURE SPA front desk

PURE SPA at Impressions Isla Mujeres offers a Good Sleep Therapy service that combines sleep science with traditional wellness rituals to help guests who are running on empty.

PURE SPA

Returning from vacation shouldn’t require another one just to recover. More and more travelers are swapping nightlife hotspots for a little well-earned R & R. In fact, the global sleep tourism market was valued at $74.54 billion in 2024 and is expected to rise by 12.4% from 2025 to 2030.

PURE SPA at Impressions Isla Mujeres by Secrets in Isla Mueres, Mexico, was designed for those running on empty. The spa’s signature Terapia del Buen Dormir or Good Sleep Therapy is rooted in traditional wellness rituals and modern sleep science. The therapies take guests through frequency therapies, Shiatsu sessions, muscle stretching and soothing vibrations meant to induce deep slumber.

Menu Description: The Terapia del Buen Dormir, or "Good Sleep Therapy," is a restorative experience that blends ancient practices with modern wellness techniques to help guests achieve the kind of restful slumber that today's busy lives rarely allow. This journey begins with a calming ginger-infused herbal tea and a change into cozy, specially designed pajamas to set the tone for rest. From there, guests experience a progression of soothing treatments: a frequency-based "fosfeno" technique, a relaxing massage chair session, therapeutic muscle stretches on the massage bed, and 20 minutes in the spa's signature "Dream Chair" which is equipped with gentle vibrations and audio frequencies designed to induce sleep. The treatment ends with a final cup of tea, allowing guests to feel fully rested and rejuvenated.

Service duration: 80 to 180 minutes depending on the package
