Menu Description: The Terapia del Buen Dormir, or "Good Sleep Therapy," is a restorative experience that blends ancient practices with modern wellness techniques to help guests achieve the kind of restful slumber that today's busy lives rarely allow. This journey begins with a calming ginger-infused herbal tea and a change into cozy, specially designed pajamas to set the tone for rest. From there, guests experience a progression of soothing treatments: a frequency-based "fosfeno" technique, a relaxing massage chair session, therapeutic muscle stretches on the massage bed, and 20 minutes in the spa's signature "Dream Chair" which is equipped with gentle vibrations and audio frequencies designed to induce sleep. The treatment ends with a final cup of tea, allowing guests to feel fully rested and rejuvenated.
