“Our target market is millennial and gen X clients, so I wanted to design an innovative space that was 100% paperless. Taking away the front desk and creating a call center allows for more open engagement with guests in the salon. We have a community table where guests can check in, and iPads at every station so stylists can access client history and formulas, recommend products, prebook, and take pictures of finishes and upload them to the salon’s Instagram page.”
