The four-story residence in Mt. Adams includes three walk-out balconies with stunning views of the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati. The listing showcases spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings and large windows that allow natural light to pour in.
According to curbed.com, a website designed to share inspiration and information on homes and neighborhoods across the country, the 3,476-square-foot home was designed in 1966 by Carl Strauss, Cincinnati’s best-known architect. (Sassoon also owned other homes, including the Richard Neutra Singleton House in Los Angeles.)
Brick columns, white walls, hardwood and tile beautifully complement skylights and a central staircase showcasing the height of the home.
