The rEvolution is underway in Las Vegas at the Aria Resort. In a series of break-out sessions, industry educators and coaches speak on best practices and challenge attendees to look at what they’re doing now, and make it better. In a session about “The Right Team”—how to assemble, inspire and lead one—Terri and Steve Cowan of Professional Salon Conceptsand the CEO of Millenium, John Harms, shared the stage and asked salon professionals to examine their operations. “We want you to think about why you’re doing what you’re doing. Why beauty?” says Steve Cowan.
