Bringing global haircare authority closer to the chair, the partnership marks a renewed investment in New England's salons and stylists.
With new leadership in place and some new branding, Rosy Salon Software is poised for growth over the next decade.

Rosy Salon Software, one of the first cloud-based suites of salon and spa scheduling and management tools, is pleased to announce several recent updates.
New Leadership
Rosy has announced two new senior appointments for the company: Director of Operations Ken White and President Jason Foodman. White and Foodman were co-founders of FastSpring—a leading cloud-based platform for digital commerce.

Ken White, newly appointed director of operations for Rosy Salon Software.
A computer/electrical engineer from North Carolina State University, White has created several successful consumer software products. In his duties as director of operations, he will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and work closely with the development team to strengthen and build its offerings.

Jason Foodman, newly appointed president of Rosy Salon Software.
A CEO, investor, advisor, and entrepreneur, Jason Foodman has been a leading participant in the software industry for decades, most recently serving as CEO of PayPro Global. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Appalachian State University and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
As president of Rosy Salon Software, Foodman will provide strong leadership for the company to establish short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies.
“I am excited to come on board with such an amazing team and respected product,” stated Foodman. “The industry-first foundation by which Rosy was established will remain the cornerstone for how we do business. We’re here to ensure that salons and spas have the best possible scheduling and management software solutions based on how they work and the unique needs of this industry. I look forward to continuing and expanding our efforts to strengthen the brand with new and unique offerings.”
What’s in a Name?
Another noteworthy change at Rosy Salon Software is the name of the software platform. Originally dubbed SalonRunner, the platform was the foundation for the flagship brand and several white-label partners. For consistency and brand recognition, the company has decided to rename the platform after its signature brand, Rosy Salon Software. The name of the company’s integrated payment processing will also change. Originally named SalonRunner Pay, the salon and spa payments processing system will now don the Rosy name to become Rosy Pay.

“For the past year, Rosy has been working on a payment processing solution - SalonRunner Pay. Along the way, we learned a lot, went through various iterations, and have since revised and revamped,” added Foodman. “With that in mind, we are happy to announce the launch of Rosy Pay. The same low rates, no hidden fees, batching and reconciliation, and the great support you love with Rosy, just with a new name and a fresh outlook.”

The revised branding took effect as of December 7, 2020.
