Inspired by his niece Laura who lost her hair during chemotherapy, Jeffrey Paul founded Wigs For Kids, a non-profit organization, over 30 years ago. With a mission of “helping children look themselves and live their lives,” Wigs For Kids provides hair replacement systems at no cost for children who have lost their hair. The organization encourages salons to get involved by becoming Ambassador and Affiliate salons by harvesting ponytails, becoming a collection center for donations, holding cut-a-thons, and encouraging others to volunteer.
