Neill-TSP, in partnership with Aveda, is about helping people reach their full potential and a big part of how we do that is by giving back. To date, we have donated $140,000 to the American Heart Association, because we believe heart disease is a silent predator of the women who drive our industry. After Katrina, we founded and now run a non-profit, The Salon and Spa Relief Fund, which provides grants to salons, spas and their employees in times of disaster. The run recently raised $30,000 for victims of Hurricane Sandy. And, since we donate our time, every dollar raised is donated (totaling $213,624 since 2005). Every April, we raise money for Aveda’s Earth Month initiatives. Last year, with our partnering salons, we raised more than $712,000! None of this is done alone—it’s all in collaboration with the salons in our distribution. We’re stronger together. If you’re interested in joining our network and efforts, call 888-634-5570 or visit neilltsp.com.
