Seventy-five Art Team members and twenty Salon Growth Managers met to receive training on 2018 Surface product Innovations and the Urban Gypsy Collection of cut, color and finishing. They will provide salons through out North America with Surface products, education and support.
Jan 11th and 12th featured a "train the trainer" class for the launch of Surface’s Pure Color Certification, two day Color Certification Symposiums that will be facilitated thoughout North America. Stylists will learn core and advanced color placement, theory and corrective color. January 13th and 14th saw Surface Educators learning about CHAR; activated charcoal hair and skin care; along with new Pure Color shades and formulations with 9B SKY and 9R ROSE.
January 15th was all about helping salons growth their business as Salon Growth Managers strategized on maximizing Surface salon growth with the 2018 Road Map to Salon Success.
