After establishing Sport Clips Haircuts in 1993, Logan made giving back a cornerstone of the company’s culture. Nearly 1,900 franchise locations pay it forward each year through initiatives like the VFW’s Sport Clips Help A Hero Scholarship program, Dream Flights for senior veterans, the Gratitude Initiative helping children of Gold Star and Special Forces families, and other veteran-focused organizations.

Under his leadership, Sport Clips continues to thrive, earning accolades for its franchise and stylist support systems, workplace culture, and commitment to philanthropy.
Edward Logan emphasized the connection between the two accolades, saying, “Gordon's dedication to excellence in serving our owners, team members, clients and the veteran community has shaped me personally and who we are as a company. It’s an inspiration for all of us at Sport Clips as we continue to build upon his commitment to the client experience and in honoring those who serve.”
