Schedulicity, an online platform for consumers to schedule appointments, classes and workshops in more than 50 industries, recently announced its pilot #SchedulicityCares business grant program, to award $10,000 per month to members of its community. Each month, Schedulicity will grant $5,000 each to one Schedulicity user within the barbering space, and one in the salon/hair industry—ranging from salon owners to independent hair stylists, colorists and more.
To enter, a professional can simply post a video to Instagram with the hashtag #SchedulicityCares, explaining how the money would be used. Whether it’s adding a chair in their salon, investing in education or tools, or providing benefits to staff, Schedulicity wants to hear from its community how the money would help them take their business to the next level.
Schedulicity’s Founder and CEO Jerry Nettunoannounced the promotion on Instagram this week, citing the grant program as an example of how much Schedulicity “deeply cares about our users.”
The first two of the monthly grants will be announced on May 9th.
